These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reputation Kit website and platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Reputation Kit is a white-label platform licensed to partners ("you") to provide review, reputation and growth services to local businesses ("your clients"). The specific features available depend on the package you purchase.
Reputation Kit packages are provided for a one-time fee as described on our pricing page. There are no royalties or ongoing franchise fees. You set your own prices for your clients and are solely responsible for billing and collecting from them. Hosting, maintenance and support of the platform are provided by us.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the underlying platform and technology. Your licence to use it is non-exclusive and subject to these Terms. Your own branding and client content remain yours.
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or suspend features from time to time.
The Service is provided "as is". Any revenue figures, examples or projections shown on our website are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of earnings. Your results depend on your own effort, market and execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
