Pricing, royalties & ownership

How much does it cost?

A one-time fee for the package you choose (live pricing is on the pricing page), plus a £40/month hosting fee for unlimited users — waived for your first 12 months as a launch offer. No royalties, ever.

Are there any royalties or revenue share?

None — ever. We never take a cut of what you bill your clients. No revenue share, no royalties, no per-client charge. You keep 100% of every payment.

What's the £40/month hosting fee?

It covers hosting, security, updates and support for the whole platform — with unlimited client accounts and users, not per-seat. It's waived for your first 12 months, then £40/month flat from year 2. It is not a royalty; you still keep 100% of what you bill clients.

Is there a limit on how many clients I can have?

No — accounts are unlimited. You can add as many client businesses (and their user logins) as you can sign, with no per-account fee.

Do I set my own prices?

Yes. You decide what to charge each client and which packages to offer. We can suggest pricing, but it's entirely yours.

How do I get paid?

You bill clients directly — typically a monthly retainer — through your own payment setup, and the money goes straight to you.

Do I actually own the business?

You own and run your agency: your brand, your clients, your pricing, your revenue. We provide and maintain the platform underneath it.

Do I need technical skills?

No. We handle hosting, security, updates and tech support. You point and click to create QR codes, set branding and read dashboards — nothing to install or code.

Is it really white-label?

Yes. The platform carries your logo, colours and your own custom domain, with branded client dashboards and reports. Your clients see your agency; we stay invisible.

How long until I can launch?

Your branded platform is typically ready within 48–72 hours, and you can onboard a new client in minutes once you're set up.

Do you provide training?

Yes — step-by-step training, templates and examples are included, plus a live demo sandbox you can use to show prospects exactly how it works.

What support is included?

Real human support, and we run all the technology behind the scenes so you never have to deal with servers or maintenance.

Can I manage all my clients in one place?

Yes. The agency dashboard lets you see every client, switch into any account in a click, reply to reviews, run campaigns and generate reports — all from one login.

What does the platform actually do?

Are reviews posted automatically?

No — deliberately. Happy customers get their review text copied to the clipboard with their chosen platform opened; they paste and post. It's authentic and compliant.

What happens with bad reviews?

Low ratings are routed to a private feedback form the owner sees — they're not pushed to public platforms — so issues get fixed quietly.

Do I have to sell every feature?

No. Many franchisees lead with reviews and reputation alone. Scratch-card lead-gen, email campaigns and reporting are optional revenue streams you can add when you're ready.
